Our General Shipping Policies

Please note:

We do not ship to PO boxes (except for armed forces BFPO or international equivalent numbers). 

Your shipping address must be either where your credit card is registered or a verifiable work address.

Most orders are processed within the office hours of 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), If you place an order over the weekend it may not be processed or dispatched till Monday. 

Dispatch Times

Any  order placed by credit or debit card or PayPal instant payment before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day, after 2pm and weekends we will dispatch next working day.

Please note that we no longer accept personal cheques or postal orders.

Items stock

We only sell items we have in stock, or have arriving very soon, if we dont  we don't actually have the stock, it may be because it has been sold in person or at a Fair.
If for any reason we've made a mistake and we don't have something you've ordered we will let you know as soon as possible by email or telephone.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is offered through Evri, Yodel or Royal Mail. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days. This is worked out automatically at the checkout.  If your order is over £45, shipping is FREE.
